Dear Parents,
Remember to check the important dates in this month.
November Newsletter goes out on Monday, November the 4th. Please check your child's backpack for it. Attached, you will find a request form for teacher-parent interviews. Please fill it out and send back to school by this Friday, November the 8th. When Report Cards arrive home next week, you will find the invitation for your interview with me, at the time most convenient for you. However, please keep in mind: first come, first served. If two parents ask for the same time, the one whose form arrives the first, will get the requested time. I apologize for any inconvenience this routine might cause.
In case you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 416 396 6165. If I am not available at the time of your call, our school secretaries will pass your message to me and I will contact you as soon as possible. As well, I would like to remind you that you could make an appointment with me if you wish, at the beginning or end of the school day. I am available at 7:45 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. and 4:20p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Just let me know in advance via your child's agenda or a phone call to school.
