Math Project in Room 111

We are wrapping up our Measurement Unit. The project "Je mesure mon ami" engages students in revising the concept of measuring and comparing. As a group, they choose a friend, trace his/her body on a piece of chart paper, and discuss all possible measurements they can take. By now, students know how to measure length, area, mass, capacity, temperature, time, value. They have been working on the project for two days. Today is the day to present their team work.
